I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the recent experiences I’ve encountered while shopping on Amazon. I am and Prime member and over the past four days, I have faced multiple challenges, including consistently receiving defective products and encountering unprofessional behavior from a customer service representative named Rakesh.

Today’s incident with an order of Emily Pets Cat Toilet Foldable Large Cat, with Front Door Pull Out Drawer Types Cat Litter Basin Kitty Kitten ( Order date 26-Nov-2023, Order #408-7655498-6134769) arriving broken was handled in an utterly unacceptable manner. When I sought resolution, I was instructed to write my name and date on paper as a requirement for redressal. I requested Rakesh, a member of the senior leadership team, to stay on the call while I completed this task for clarity, but I was met with refusal and a lack of cooperation.

Furthermore, the Wearslim® Professional Gymnastic Rings (ordered on 4th november 23, order ID: 408-2294261-8575564) I received were incomplete, missing a vital part. Despite my efforts to resolve this within the return window, I was directed to contact the seller, whose provided phone number was out of service, leaving me without a viable solution.

To compound these issues, an order for Backside US dollar design golden playing cards (Order date: 19-Nov-2023, Order # 408-4402926-9140324) resulted in the receipt of a filthy water bottle, not the product I had purchased.

These repeated disappointments, coupled with the unprofessional conduct of the customer service representative, have severely marred my trust in Amazon’s commitment to customer satisfaction. I urge you to investigate these matters promptly and provide suitable resolutions.
