I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against EthnicShakti.com and Exyte Surface for fraud and unethical business practices.
I placed an order for two kurta sets worth ₹1500 on EthnicShakti.com. However, instead of the ordered items, I received two cheap t-shirts from a completely unrelated sender, Exyte Surface. Despite repeated attempts to contact EthnicShakti.com via email and messages, I have received no response. Their website has no customer service phone number listed, making it impossible to resolve this issue directly.
This situation has caused me significant distress, as I have lost both my money and trust in the company. I have attached all relevant evidence, including:
1. A copy of the invoice/order confirmation.
2. Pictures of the incorrect items received.
3. Screenshots of my attempts to contact EthnicShakti.com.
