Dear Airtel Nodal Officer,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a highly unsatisfactory experience I have encountered with the staff at the Airtel store located at Angar Complex, Patel Babu Road, Bhagalpur – 812001.
My name is Rajesh Kumar Rana, and I have been a loyal customer of Airtel for quite some time now, utilizing the mobile number 9931277311. However, on 25/01/2024, my SIM card abruptly stopped functioning. In response, I promptly visited the aforementioned Airtel store on 27/01/2024, seeking assistance to reactivate my SIM card.
To my dismay, the staff at the store informed me that the SIM could only be activated once it completely disconnected from the network. Consequently, I patiently waited until 05/02/2024 when my SIM finally left the network. However, upon revisiting the Airtel store, I was appalled to learn that the staff demanded a payment of Rs. 2100 for the activation of my SIM card.
The behavior exhibited by the staff, particularly the individual with the mobile number 9608677707, was not only unprofessional but also unacceptable. Such conduct tarnishes the reputation of your esteemed company and leaves customers like myself feeling utterly disheartened and disregarded.
I urge you to take immediate and stringent action against the errant staff member and ensure that my SIM card, associated with mobile number 9931277311, is activated without any further delay. As a valued customer, I should not be subjected to such inconvenience and mistreatment.
I implore you to rectify this situation promptly and restore my faith in Airtel’s commitment to customer satisfaction. Your swift intervention in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
