The product, purchased on 11-12-2024 from Store, Batch No:ER1, was found to be grossly defective. Many chips were over-burnt, making them entirely inedible. Shockingly, some chips even had large, inexplicable holes in the middle, suggesting a severe lapse in quality control during production.
As a long-time consumer of ITC products, I find this experience not only frustrating but also entirely inconsistent with the standards I expect from your brand. This is an urgent issue that demands immediate investigation and resolution.
