I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the way my service request SR00002I5Q5K has been handled so far.
An engineer visited on 11 December 2025, yet no action or follow-up was taken after that visit. The issue remains completely unresolved. Now, the appointment has been rescheduled once again for 13 December 2025, which is unacceptable given the lack of progress.
Please note that this is the final opportunity for your team to fix the issue.
If the engineer fails to resolve the problem during the upcoming visit, I will be left with no choice but to terminate my JioFiber connection and discontinue your services permanently.
I expect this matter to be treated with the highest priority and resolved without any further delay.
