I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention the ongoing issues I have been experiencing with my Jio Air Fiber connection (account number: 2646-315108). Despite numerous attempts to resolve the situation through your customer care, I have been left frustrated with the lack of effective solutions.
For the past 15 days, my Jio Air Fiber connection has been intermittent, with frequent on-off connectivity issues. I have reached out to your customer care desk approximately 10 to 15 times, and each time I have been advised to undertake remote troubleshooting measures. Unfortunately, these efforts have not resolved the connectivity issues, and I feel as though my concerns are not being addressed appropriately.
I have also noticed a lack of a single point of communication, which has added to my frustration as I have had to re-explain the situation each time I call. Despite multiple rebookings of the device, the problem persists, leading to a most unsatisfactory experience.
At this stage, I kindly urge you to intervene and provide a concrete solution to restore my connection. If resolving the connectivity issue is not feasible, I request a complete refund of the amount paid, as I am deeply disappointed with the service received thus far.
Please prioritize this matter, as I am incredibly dissatisfied with the customer service experience in regard to what I believed would be a reliable connection.
