Dear Kotak Mahendra Bank & Flipkart Team,
I am writing to bring to your attention a significant issue regarding the EMI payment for a washing machine I purchased from Flipkart. The order was placed on 03-11-2023 and the EMI was set up for a period of 3 months, facilitated by Kotak Mahindra Bank.
The first two months of the EMI were deducted seamlessly from my account as scheduled. However, during the third month, the payment failed due to insufficient funds. Since then, whenever I deposit money into my account, the amount is deducted immediately, leaving my account balance at zero.
I have reached out to both Kotak Mahindra Bank and Flipkart regarding this matter, but each entity is directing me to contact the other party for resolution. This has left me feeling extremely frustrated and confused.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible. I trust that you will understand the urgency of this matter and take appropriate action to rectify the situation promptly. Please find the attachment with all the details.
