Not only did I receive a package containing cheap, old, and used clothing instead of the ordered items, but I also discovered another layer of deceit. Despite having received the package, the ‘Femmelux’ website falsely indicates that my order is undelivered. This discrepancy adds another layer of manipulation, making it crucial for your intervention to expose and address these deceptive practices.
To strengthen my case, I have recorded an unpacking video that clearly documents the contents of the parcel, showcasing the stark contrast between what was promised and what was received.
