I’m writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the behavior of urban money employees. Despite not having taken a loan from the company, I’ve been receiving harassing calls from their representatives. It appears that someone who took a loan has listed my number as a guarantor without my knowledge or consent.
The employees’ behavior is unacceptable, using foul language and shouting at me. This is not only unprofessional but also a form of mental harassment.
I request that you take immediate action against these employees and stop the harassment. I expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter.
