I had paid on 17th December 2024 for cleaning services, but there was no booking done on urban clap. Nothing shows in the “my order” list.
Tried reaching many times but no proper complain number given on the website and customer care mentioned that they don’t have any information, and they simply can’t help, not even their senior management can’t.
Kindly do the need full asap.
