Text of Complaint by Meehir:

I booked ‘Urban Clap’ services for repair of my TV 4months ago. The Urban Clap technician told me the original parts are need to be changed and it will cost Rs 6000 and it has 6months warranty (I have call recording where he mentioned 6 months warranty). First it got damaged on the very 1st day and the technician came again and repaired free of cost. Now the same problem arises againafter 4months and Urban clap saying the warrant is 2months only. I told the the technician told me 6months warranty and the reply I got is we (UrbanClap) asked the technician and he told that the customer is not telling truth. I told company I have the call recordings. But they are just taking unnecessary time to take any step. Its been 8days after complaint and they closed my complaint twice without and resolution saying it is resolved. I’m getting mentally harassed by this company over the issue. I have all the screenshots and call recordings with the company both at the time of repair and when I filed a complaint now. Please help me out to file a formal complaint against the company. The Company is unable to provide me with original invoice of the part replaced and I’m suspicious now if the company and technician are running a scam and replaced a duplicate part and thus are not interested in my complaint.
