I Syed Ejaz Hussain user of Urban Clap I have opted pest control on 23rd July 2020 & Mr Madanu Christu Raju has been assigned to me for pest control and I have been charged Rs 1038/- for the same Mr Madanu Christu Raju came and did liquid pest control after that he was suppose to visit my house after 14 days from 23rd July 2020 but no one came and this company giving 2 months of warranty on past control that also they failed as my house is full of cockroach. Till day more than 6 mails given to Urban Clap. This company has only mobile application and there is no customer care number is provided. When we give complaint mail there reply same by evening your issue will be attended and resolve but that evening never comes. I request you to help me.
