I was supposed to receive a UPS Shipment from Germany. However, a man named David Rajesh at the Bangalore Kempegowda Airport (who deals with KYC/customs for International Shipments) did not deliver the shipment citing reasons which did not make any sense at all. Since the shipment was send with a wrong last name, I submitted all documents for KYC Verification and subsequent last name change, but in spite of that my document was not delivered. This man named David Rajesh from UPS India KYC Department also misbehaved and I wonder what he was thinking as the shipment was already paid for and my hunch is that he is a conman and a swindler and has managed to keep the package for himself. Please take action against such fraudsters working for UPS India who do not deliver a courier which has already been paid for.
