Text of Complaint by VED PRAKASH SINGH:

I DID A UPI MONEY TRANSFER THROUGH PAYTM TO MY FRIEND ON 07/01/2019 AND THE TRANSACTION FAILED BUT AMOUNT GOT DEDUCTED. SO FOR THE SAME I CONTACTED PAYTM BUT THEY SAID IT WILL TAKE 2 DAYS AND WHEN I CONTACTED MY BANK THEY SAID PAYTM IS RESPOSIBLE FOR DEDCTION AND THEY WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY. NOW IT HAS BEEN 17 DAYS AND I HAVE NOT GOT MY REFUND YET. PAYTM IS NOT RESPONDING TO MY PROBLEM. THE UPI TRANSACTION REFERENCE NUMBER IS 900737720548 AND MY MOBILE NUMBER IS 8093762272. PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO RESOVE MY ISSUE.
