Dated 14.02.2023 post payment i didn’t received any tickets and Current status showing is : Your Mumbai – Darbhanga flight booking IF23021431266899 is pending.

Whereas I had receive an email from my Bank. as below:
Dear Customer,

Rs.8275.00 has been debited from account **4933 to VPA ixigo.payu@icici on 14-02-23. Your UPI transaction reference number is 304554328956.
Please call on 18002586161 to report if this transaction was not authorized by you.
