Hello Sir,
I made transaction on 21st of May 2019 of rupees 2lak (1lak + 1lak) to my Uncle’s account from Google pay application. The amount got debited from my bank account on the same day but the payment status is still showing in processing. After that I raised a dispute on 22nd, May 2019 which was addressed to them very clearly and I was said to recieve the money in 3 working days. I contacted my bank I explain them exact scenario according to that they helped me and confirm that the amount has been debited from your end and has been credited to the beneficiaries account. It’s been 20 days since I reported this issue and I haven’t yet got any sort of resolution from Google Play services which makes me very frustrated just to contact them again and again and to get the status do every time that statement was same that we are working on the issue and soon will get in touch with you.
If I could get an help on at that would be much appreciated. Thank you.
