made transaction on 01/08/20 of amount 1000 by icici bank to jio pos lite app. Amount debited twice. Mailed both parties regarding issue. Bank shared details RRN no- upi/021408185214/jio20mo00000bin/jio@citibank/ at8.12 am,this amount debited (neither ccredited to jio pos lite account nor in icici bank account till date).RRN no- upi/021408185224/jio20mo00000bin/jio@citibank/ at 8.27 am is settled instantly.
Contacted jio care no by mail they said that amount be reversed to source account within 7 to 10 working days. Attempting jio customer care no several times, someone said that they are not attending jio pos lite related querys, other personnel said that check the jio associate faqs.
Local bank branch & customer care says that transaction is success by there side & can do only after beneficiary reply.
