I have done UPI transactions from Google pay on 12th March 2020 & the order did not got delivered thus Amazon initiated refund transaction on 9th Sept-20 through BHIM UPI for  my refund complaint  and the delay in the refund amount Rs 3799 .  I have not received any refund from amazon via BHIM UPI refund transaction . On complaining to customer care they told me to contact my Bank Branch and even after providing the transaction reference id for both the transaction. on contacting with the bank customer care they are telling that this transaction is been done by 3rd party we cant help. so please look in to this issue & do the need full so i can get the refund back.
