sir i ordered a mobile 5s 16 GB Gold by Original I P H O N E with one year warranty order id-
402-1811941-8503505 on 30-jan -2021 due to i order retrun it completed 3 feb 2021 technical problem in mobile ( jio 4g not supported )
i supposed to receive refund money but as of my money ₹ 13474 not credit my account..
Every Time i spoke to Amazon customer care i was told that your refund has been completed on 3 feb ..Customer says fill up charge dispute ..
but Bank have no this form this Branch have no grievance department ..
RRN i have already But Bank has denied & invalid RRN i spoke to the bank too many time but i could not find any solution..
