Text of Complaint by Arun Itty:

Sir,

I have done an upi payment of Rs.6666 on 25.9.21 tocashe@kotak,but the amount is not get the merchant, I gets confirmation from bank ur transaction is successful, I contact the merchant and they told that they have not get such a payment, Then I complaint to my bank federal bank through bank app, and their reply,the customer account not debited, account not debited where is my money of Rs. 6666, please give proper action .
