I ordered a laptop table from amazon which got delivered on 10th of July.
When I made the payment for the same, my UPI app showed the payment was successful but the delivery guy told me that he didn’t receive it.
I waited for 10-15 mins but he kept on saying that he didn’t receive it.
Then I again did a UPI payment for the same from a different mobile and it got received by him immediately.
Now I have made a double payment for the same table. I didn’t received any refund yet. Nor I have received any feedback from my bank as they are saying that amazon will have to refund it. And the bank is correct at their point as the statement also shows the transaction was successful.
Whereas amazon is saying that the bank will have to refund it as they never got the payment.
Now I am stuck in between and don’t know what to do next.
