Hi,
This is to inform you that I made two payment on 12 September, 2019 to the receiver account, but due to some issues in the receivers bank receiver is unable to get their money , and when they communicate with their bank, they said wait for 48 hours the said amount will be credited into their account but after 7 days the receiver doesn’t receive any money .
I did two payments of 13420 at 8:16 am and another one of 13420 at 10.48 am on the same day , for the payment I communicate with Paytm UPI they provide their comments that payment done from our side but receiver’s bank not initiate the amount into the receiver account.
Kindly communicate to the receiver’s bank as per as my UPI Reference ID of the payment. I Already email to the bank, but they have no time to give a response on the issue that I face.
