Text of Complaint by G Bhuvana chandra:

I made a UPI deposit of ₹1000 to Binomo on 18 Feb 2026 at 03:37 PM.

The amount was successfully debited from my bank account (UTR: 704091826961), but the funds were not credited to my Binomo account and the status is still showing as pending.

I also tried a test payment of ₹1, which also was not credited.

I contacted both the bank and Binomo support, but the issue is still unresolved.

I request immediate investigation and refund of my money.
