On dec 5 i used my jio app to recharge my prepaid jio account. At the payment gateway i opted for upi method. The it took me to my paytm account and transaction went successful to jio@citibank. Then it took me back to my jio app where the processing recharge screen appeared and then it showed that yhe recharge failed. But the money was not refunded.
