I have paid some money through WhatsApp payment method but my payment get failed and I received a message that if payment not done sms BLOCKUPI on 9901771222 this number and I do so , after that my UPI account has been blocked and I am now unable to pay through any method , and my bank is also unable to resolve the problem . please help if you can
