Text of Complaint by Kshitij Bhansali:

On 16-03-2021 i made self transfer to my another account through phone pe.

Amount debited from my account but not yet credited in another account.

I contacted with phone pe support and they told me to wait for 5 days which is passed but not yet credited to another account.

Today is 23-03-5021 still i didnt received money.This is second time im facing similar type of issue with phonepe where they block money for 5-10 days unnecessarily & we cant use our own money in emergency also.
