I received an IVR call stating to upgrade my sim free of cost but when I went to retailer he charged me 50Rs.
I called on 121 and your executive told me to pay the same. But afterwards it came to my knowledge that there is no processing fee for upgrading. So it is humbly requested to please help me with the same. Thanks
