Request for upgrade of internet service made on 29th May on customer care no. Not done despite regular follow up. Shows Request ID 89233311) cancelled on June 11th in my Airtel mobile App. On June 12th told that my request is not there! New request entered that day (RequestID 89772581) – still not done. Everytime am told my complaint is being escalated. Have also been suggested that I should take a new connection to get this done fast as old customers work is not being done on priority!! IS this the new customer loyalty policy of airtel??? Is anyone listening????????
