Dear All,
This is with reference to mobile no 9004725871, I am using airtel service from last 8 to 9 years.I have never seen any such issue where plan upgrade without customer knowledge.
My plan has been upgraded to Rs 199 from 99 without my knowledge.I had called to customer care one week back .one of representatives of Airtel confirmed me my service has cannot be upgrade they change to previous plan.But now when I check again my plan on Airtel application it has been shown Rs 199 plan. I called to customer care he said they will not change plan because privious plan airtel has been stopped.As per my knowledge no one has right to change or upgrade customer plan without his or her knowledge.
Request you you do not change my plan.
If you will not change my plan I will prefer to go with Port my number.
Hope you will understand my plan.
