- My father a 80 year old is being asked to come to airtel office , with adhar docs for upgrading the sim to 4g,during covid. How ruthless is the bhandup west airtel team, sorry to say i m thinking of moving all 3 of my pospaid sims to another provider if i dont get a call in next 2 days…. Very unfortunate to be an airtel customer since past 10 plus years…we can provide docs with a video call with him. Wont it help.
