Pathetic.. Literally…
I didn’t expect this from Airtel. I am using Airtel prepaid number 8978412399 and I wanted to upgrade my existing Airtel D2H with extreme box. I created a request through Airtel thanks app on 20/8/21. Almost 2weeks ago. I didn’t get my extreme box yet. From the day1 , I have been calling to customer relationship team and they keep on telling the same dialogue every time “Sorry sir.. I escalated this issue.It will be given and installed today”. But nothing has happened till today. You didn’t provide any option to complain in Airtel thanks app. I am totally disappointed
