Text of Complaint by Mukesh Verma:

I have taken Airtel Broadband connection on 27.11.20 having a plan of 999/month. I am also having Airtel DTH HD box which I am using for last 10 years. As per the information in my Airtel Thanks up I can upgrade to Xstream box with a security deposit of Rs1500/-. I had applied for this several times through Airtel Thanks app  and through customer care no. 121 and I get a message that a representative will call me shortly but no body called till date.

Evwn after repeated reminders no action has been taken. Attaching the screen shot also for confirmation.
