I have upgraded my normal tata sky box to hd on 19/03/2020. Earlier, Tata sky customer care executive confirmed me that on Rs 999 we can uprade the box to hd with 1 month free subscription.
But after upgradation of the box, Tata sky denies for 1 month free subscription.
I talked with customer care but not found any response from tata sky.
Still 1 month free subscription is pending.
