Dear sir/ Madem

My airtel fiber bradband bill for Rs.6,710+taxes Paid on 10-11-2018 for one year up to 09-11-2019 for 40mbps speed, meanwhile I requested to airtel authorities for upgrade my 40mbps speed to 100mbps speed on 14-10-2019, and also they collected from me for Rs.10,101 on 12-11-2019 for 100mbps speed, but so far I.e. on 17-11-2019 I have not received 100mbps speed, still my connection is 40mbps only, and I am requesting daily once to airtel authorities but so far nobody responding my request.

Please look into matter and settle the same immediately.
