I m using Airtel platinum pack. I upgraded the same to airtel Black on 29 apr 22 till now as on date i.e 3 may not updated even call to many times to customer care bt reply arrange a call back bt not getting any call.moreover requested to install dth new connection is still under pending after 4 days. Such a harsh service ur provide as I m regular customer from a long time
