Dear Sir / Madam,
On 26th Oct I have submitted all the necessary documents to update/include my LPG ID number to avail my subsidy benefits to the Front Office of your HDFC Branch. For which the address mention below:-
HDFC Bank, 41, Vinayas Towers, Bannerghatta Rd, JP Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560078.

The concerned person Mr. Bhargav(if I remember it right) with Mobile Number – +91- 9620326777 said that it will take 5-7working days to update in the system.
I again revisited the branch on 9th Nov, that day he said that there is one more form is left which I need to submit. He gave me the form and I have resubmitted on the same day. After that, he said it will take another 5-7 working days to update on the system.
Once again I visited the same branch on 16th of Nov, then he refers to his colleague, SHE (believe her name is Bharathi) is also the part of your Front Office/customer support. She asked me to resubmit all the document once again i.e- Aadhar card xerox etc. I did that. Again she said will take another 5-7 working days to update on the system.
I revisited the branch once again on 28th Nov & 7th of Dec, she said that some form has been left out I have to fill up the same and resubmit. I did that. She said will take another 5-7 working days to update on the system.
On 15th of Dec She when I went to the same branch she again said that I need to resubmit one more Form. Then I objected on it.
I failed to understand, Why it is taking 2Month to just include LPG ID NUMBER.
