Hi sir , iam trying to port out my BSNL sim number but when I am sending the port message to 1900 then he reply only this message
“UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.”
Please help me
