I m jio user, i want to port out from jio, i trying to sent port msg in 1900, reply msg come from 1901 is “UPC cannot be generated as the mobile number is not configured.Please contact your service provider.”
Even trying customer care of jio didnt shorting out my isuue. In next 2 days my plan will expire so i need to recharge again so pls help ASAP
