I want to port my mobile no to other telecom company that’s why I have tried to generate UPC CODE but jio telecom company denied to generate the UPC code for giving excuse that UPC cannot be generated as there is an active request for the change of ownership for this number.
As per gov guidelines,as I know they can denied on the basis of this ground.
Please help me out on this issue please.
