BSNL is on 3G service and I’m getting pathetic data speed at my location. I am trying to port my number to another network service provider.
PORT send to 1900
During the process of generating porting code I am getting below message :
“UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.”
I have already attached the image of the message. I have already sent message at least 5 times and received the same message from 1901 every time.
I’m on GSM Prepaid, recently recharged ₹997 still active.
Validity ends on 23/06/2022.
Sim was activated on nov 2021
I have called the Customer Care 1503 and registered a complaint with not pick my phone
I am waiting for a response from BSNL Prepaid Odisha and BSNL India regarding the matter, why my number was not able to generate UPC Code ? What is the problem ?
