Text of Complaint by Arup Rana:

Every time I send a message to port the SIM card, every time I get a message saying UPC cannot be generated as there is an active request for the change of ownership for this number.
I called airtel customer care repeatedly but did not help me properly.
Please help me how can I port sim card.
