I was trying to port my airtel number to jio but i am unable to get upc code so that i proceed further dont know what’s the issue. My recharge got ended up on 29/07/2023 then i had done recharge of 155 rs as it is minimum recharge for getting anyone’s sim port as rules of airtel private ltd but now they are not generating my upc code please help me
