A company named De Feliz vacation pvt ltd based in Tangerine resort, Calangute, Goa scammed me by demanding rupee 1 from my debit card but instead got 1.5 lakh loan passed from my hdfc debit card with 20% emi for 12 months without my consent. I complained in the bank and the company but nobody is helping me in getting my money back. I requested the company to cancel the membership and refund my money but after few days they are not responding to call and email. Even the bank is helpless and refused to help. Please help me from this scammer company.
