Hi,

I was deducted by Vi without my knowledge for following things like Songs, PPU Games.

Those things are not downloaded by me.

Really its difficult to earn all the single rupees from this unemployment society, even that rupees also deducted by those companies.

• I need a permanent solution along with the refund.
• Lots of uneducated customers may be under this problem, everything must be solved.
• Proper strict action must be taken.
