We have current account with Kotak Mahindra Bank at Hughes Road.
We are regularly charged penalty for not submitting BOE bank even though we submit the same .This time again we were charged Rs. 885 for 3 BOE on 31st Dec 2022, whereas the same we had submitted on email in excel format on 14th November 2022.
Even after submitting on time why is it the bank cant close it on time and still they charge us the penalty amount.
