I am using ICICI Fiserv Swipe machine from almost two years.
They send value added servies mail from there side for any additional services required and give a time frame of 30 days to reply to those mail if not required.
I have send denial mails for all services mail as when received.
My account got debitted for on 3 instances
1.Rs.5900 on 01/12/21
2.Rs.10030 on 04/12/21
3.Rs.12094 on 04/06/2022
which are ther charges for those services.
On complaining to them the say the charges will get reversed but such instances has happened in the past also and i have never received any amount back.
Following are TID and MID for the POS machine

I have attached there statement sheet mentioning reversal for charges dated 01/12/21 and 04/12/21,but have never got that money back into my account.
I have also attached the bank stattament of my account for the same.
