Text of Complaint by Anand kumar Pandey:

Airtel is charging me for safe custody again and again in a billing cycle, they themselves ask me to cancel my safe custody to make a disconnection request and now they are again saying that they will charge me safe custody money and will also charge me for the again.
I raised safe custody for 3 months and paid the money already in the last billing cycle, but now they are again asking me to pay for the safe custody in this month as well. They have already fraudulently charged me twice in the last month.

Their customer support called me to ask me to cancel my safe custody to make a disconnection request when I did that they asked me to keep safe custody and they would waive of charges but they instead charged me twice and said I enabled safe custody twice hence they waived off only once and I have to pay for the safe custody any ways. Now they are saying that I will have to pay again for the safe custody.
