Unwanted changes in DTH plans without consent
Dear Sir
I would like to bring it to your notice that in last 15 days a series of events had taken place and despite of selecting desired channels I am unable to get what I have selected.
Airtel Representatives call for various offers and without giving any consent, my DTH plans get changed automatically.
I had selected my new pack vide reference IDÂ 441142 on 03 Feb 19, which has not been activated yet and unnecessarily my balance account get debited for what I don’t require.
whenever I call customer care after 10-15 minutes wait every time the representative are not able to help, submitted their helplessness blaming the system. Then whats the use of Customer Care ??? at the end they come out with new schemes and ask me to recharge again and again.
Kindly activate the channels selected vide this reference id 441142 at the earliest.
Also, on Airtel APP automatically my set top box is being shown as SD box … however till 6th Feb 19 it was showing correctly as HD which I had originally purchased.
In last 15 days Airtel has played around with the customer packages and also asked to me to recharge severla times.
