Text of Complaint by Kashmir Singh:

R/Sir
With reference to the credit card ending with last 04 digit no 4157, issued on the name of Mr. Kashmir Singh. I hereby informing and complaining that in regard of this credit card, the HDFC credit card company is harassing me with this pre-approved card provided by the company in the name of Kashmir Singh and asking for unknown bills generated on this credit card.
I got this credit card in 2017 without prior approval. At that time I have neither required it nor applied for that but still I don’t know how it was issued to me.
As it was useless for me and I didn’t apply for it so I ignored it. I haven’t even generated its pin for using it for purchasing. From a long time after the issuance of this credit card there was no response from the credit card company. But suddenly they start sending text messages of credit card outstanding bill from 13th August 2022 onwards.
Due to which my CIBIL score is getting spoiled also due to these useless and unwanted bills and their recovery related calls are disturbing my personal life and disturbing me a lot.
In this regard, even by calling the customer care number of HDFC bank, no one is providing correct information and unable in solving my issue.

So, it is humble request to you to look into the matter and resolve my problem as soon as possible.
