During the lockdown we received over 80k for electricity bill while everyone in our society had normal amounts. Just like many celebrities and others in mumbai, we too were targeted with usually high unit consumption by tata power. The units they charged us with are so high that it can run over 50 ACs continuously. The bizarre unit consumption was dismissed by tata power when we emailed them about it and they threatened us to pay or they will cut the power. When we protested, they cut our power. On 50% salary and without a father, we have been since then giving TaTa 10k each month to keep power on in the house. Again today without any notice, without in person meeting, without any email, they cut our power. Hence, we have no choice but to reach out to you.
point 1.) the amount asked is false. Units consumed are exaggerated.
point 2.) after getting threatened and getting our power cut, we have been keeping our account active with Tata and sending 10k every month.
point 3.) without any notice they’ve again cut the power.
we request your help as they’re asking for an amount which I cannot gather. (Keeping in mind, the amount is false)
